Meaning: to give advice, especially on social or personal problems

2. Council:
Meaning: a group of people elected or chosen to make decisions or give advice on a particular subject, to represent a particular group of people, or to run a particular organization

3. Distinct:
Meaning: clearly noticeable; that certainly exists
Sentence: There’s a distinct smell of cigarettes in here.

4. Distinctive:
Meaning: Something that is distinctive is easy to recognize because it is different from other things
Sentence: She’s got a very distinctive voice.

Meaning: suitable and right for the occasion
